Guyton all but 10 years of my life. I am chairperson of the
Guyton School Reunion (3-story school torn down in 1956). We
meet 4th Saturday in April every year so mark your calendar. I
attend Pine Street Baptist Church and serve at secretary and
church historian. Also am ex-officio member of Guyton Historic
Commission. Let me know what you want to see in Guyton in the

We are natives of
Lyons, Toombs County, GA and lived in Severna Park, MD 1980-2001
prior to moving to our home in South Guyton. We have one daughter,
a clinical psychologist, who lives in Maryland and a son, a 2nd Lt
in the U.S. Military. Brian is an Office Manager with Standard
Concrete Products (manufacturer of prestressed concrete pilings
and beams) in Savannah. Kay works as an Administrative Assistant
with Hancock Day School in Savannah. |

Guyton, where Ruthie works part-time as secretary. Tim is
currently employed with Rutland Tire & Wheel, Savannah. |

dropped out of high school at the age of 17 to pursue a career
in the US Army. I served two tours in support of OIF. I went to
college and got a degree and I now work as a Senior Test
